Chakra Meditation in the breath is combining techniques of breath control with energetic chakra work during guided meditation. This can provide elevated experience of deep peace and a sense of well being.

We will learn and use simple classic breathing, concentration, and expansion techniques that develop focus by finding happiness from your center. Releasing stress with this type of calm energy can change your life.

Chad Fairchild is a certified meditation teacher with many years of personal practice and teaching experience. He has woven the techniques he will teach through his life as a musician, an educator, a businessman, and his community service
