This very special retreat will be held at Wilka Tika in the heart of the Sacred Valley on the Urubamba River near Machu Pichu. We will have daily Yoga practice, meditation, 3 organic meals and opportunities for day trips to see the area, with one day devoted to the iconic Machu Pichu ruins. Wilka Tika is a magical place with many gardens and elegant yet comfortable lodging. We will be surrounded by Inca culture and visit Inca ruins.

Tassajara Zen Mountain Monestary

Tassajara is a magical place set deep in the Ventana Wilderness.  It is famous for its hot-springs, it's gourmet vegetarian food, its remote beauty and as being the first Zen monestary outside Japan.  This retreat will combine the complimentary practices of Zen and Vinyasa Yoga with two experienced teachers.  Space will be limited.

Join us for this special and fairly local event. We will spend 3 nights and 4 days practicing sitting and walking meditation, yoga, hiking and enjoying this beautiful and pristine part of the California coast.

We will be staying in the Lighthouse keepers houses and cottages, eating great, organic food and will have lots of time for contemplation and immersing in the beauty of this coastal location.

This will be a magical adventure that combines the majestic beauty of the Salmon River and canyon with daily yoga, meditation and kirtan (singing). Yoga is done on beaches with the sound of river and wildlife as background.

Rex has practiced and taught yoga and meditation for the past 25 years and leads retreats and workshops world wide. He teaches at California State University Chico and co-owns the Yoga Center of Chico. He has led Yoga/River trips on the San Juan River in Utah and The Rogue in Oregon.

Domaine de Mournac, is a renovated 12th century villa with views
of the Midi-Pyrenees.  Occitanie is a wine growing region with numerous medieval villages, hill-top castles, ancient Roman ruins and hot springs.  We’ll practice daily yoga, meditation and kirtan.
