Mindfulness Meditation - Calming the Overactive Mind led by Rex Stromness

There is a way to live life in the present moment. But it takes intention, some useful techniques and practice. In this workshop, we will explore what "mindfulness" is, how to cultivate it and how to integrate it into our everyday lives. We will learn and practice sitting and walking meditation and discuss how "mindfulness" can increase the quality of our lives.
