In this specialty class, slip into the deepest states of relaxation and experience the benefits of these two powerfully effective practices – reduce anxiety, insomnia and cortisol levels while strengthening immunity, digestive function and overall sense of well-being.
No experience is necessary. Please bring water and any personal yoga props you have; additional props will be provided by the studio.

Amanda has been teaching yoga for 9 years, has earned the Yoga Alliance designation of Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level, and has studied Restorative Yoga with internationally renowned yoga teacher, Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., and Yoga Nidra with Dr. Mark Halpern, founder of the California College of Ayurveda in Nevada City, CA.
