This unique two-hour class will include a discussion about how acupuncture, a brief qi gong session followed by some restorative yoga, and acupuncture. The complementary nature of yoga and acupuncture is reflected in their common goal of balance and natural healing. Both practices support physical and emotional health and improve our over well being.
Acupuncture is well known for it's ability to lower stress and restore balance and energy. The benefits of acupuncture can extend to a wide variety of conditions with the most common being stress reduction. Many patients commonly report a greater sense of lightness and evenness to their moods and better able to deal with life stresses after having acupuncture.
This class is great for people wanting to experience the healing power of acupuncture for the first time. All levels are welcome, no prior yoga experience needed.
